To compare with white pellets the price of industrial ones has reached 85 euros per ton.
By the way those pellets which are considerably larger are called briquettes. Briquettes are produced with the help of special equipment. By the way even if white pellets are meant for home heating you can also use industrial pellets for generating some warmth inside of your house though as mentioned above industrial pellets are relative difficult to get. The increase in greenhouse gas emissions can not be directly connected to the fuel itself. By the way biodiesel made from palm oil produced in Indonesia is often considered to be an example of “bad” biofuels.
