Enjoy a pellet boiler.
I’d like to speak about automatic boilers appointed for a comfortable and economical heating with solid fuels. With their modern design, they allow easy and convenient operation compared with traditional gas boiler. Such kind of a boiler is made of 5 mm welded steel sheets. The construction also includes the heat exchanger tube plate. In the bottom of the boiler there’s the retort of the burner with the cast iron grate. I should add that the burner is fed up with the help of the screw conveyor which transmits fuel from a bunker for example. The retention basin is installed next to the boiler and it is an essential part of the delivery. The central electronic control unit is built into the boiler. This sophisticated electronic is able to control the entire work of the boiler automatically. Through this regulation the fuel consumption can be considerably minimized. The controller allows you to adjust the temperature at the outlet of heated water. The management mechanism of the fuel supply and fan as well as the management of the circulation pump can be carried out through this sophisticated electronic unit mentioned above. It goes without saying that an obligatory integral part of this heating device is certainly the thermostat.

In winter, you can leave this device being charged with fuel for about 3 - 5 days. In summer during the preparation of hot service water treatment you can leave it for about - 10 days. Certainly I can’t help mentioning the fuel used in this device. Wood pellets can be considered to be a suitable candidate to be burnt there.

Now I’d like to face the principle of combustion. A customer should provide the fuel tank with the sufficient content of that solid fuel mentioned above. Fuel is fed from the special tank via the screw conveyor directly to the burner. The whole process is controlled by the control unit as I have already mentioned above. Besides this the fan deals with the air ensuring better combustion. In the burner fuel is burning and as the result of this the thermal energy is produced. This energy in the form of hot gases resulting from the combustion goes into the heat exchanger and then it’s transferred to the water heating system. When a certain amount has been already burnt then a new portion of fuel is passed there. The resulting ash falls down through the holes of the grate right in the ash - pit.

The whole cycle is done automatically without the intervention of staff. The sole responsibility of the staff is to charge the whole system with the sufficient of fuel and remove ash certainly. So as you can see that this autonomous heating system is suitable enough to be an integrated part of your house.

Among different energy saving alternatives, we seriously recommend you to learn more about wood pellets.

Just a short list of benefits of using wood pellets. They are not sophisticated; they do not require huge investments into fancy equipment; they are ecological in the heart of it. Please invest 5 minutes of your time into finding out more about wood pellets - it is really important now.
